One problem with State Distribution programs lies in the area of low return rates for their short-term radon kits. In many cases, the return rate for analysis is as low as 10%. Customers, who are located in the specified testing area, call in or request a kit via internet and then Alpha Energy Labs sends out the kit for you. Our database system is capable of tracking all necessary fields of information for your agency and can delete duplicate orders that are being attempted. This program has elevated the return rate from 10% to well over 60%.
This service can be paid for in one of two ways. The state or county can purchase a set amount of kits and once those kits are used the program is over. Or, we can invoice the state or county monthly based on the number of kits distributed. In either way, the state or county will receive detailed documentation verifying the distribution of the kits in their specified locations.
